Welcome to our Second Blog post! This blog will go over the brands, why certain products are labeled a certain way, effects and styles of fireworks vs color effects, and many other things.
When you think of fireworks, what brand pops into mind: Winda, Dominator, Shogun? These significant brands could also be smaller starting brands like Shockwave Fireworks, or Class B Fireworks. What makes a brand stand out is not its ability to reach a customer, but of the specific qualities, and effects these brands bring to the table. Choosing a fireworks brand often comes down to factors like quality, safety, variety, and customer satisfaction. Dominator, Winda, and Shogun are reputable brands in the fireworks industry, and each has distinct features that might make them a preferable choice over others. Overall, when compared to other brands, Dominator, Winda, and Shogun might offer better quality assurance, more innovative, varied product lines, and greater overall customer satisfaction. However, the best choice can depend on specific needs, preferences, local availability, and budget. Always consider these factors along with safety practices when selecting a firework. Remember to always stay safe; even sparklers burn at 2000 degrees Fahrenheit, and most consumer shells shoot out of their mortars at an average of 75 feet a second. That's enough to punch a perfect hole through a 1-inch thick piece of plywood!
As we transition from discussing popular brands to the practical aspects of using fireworks, it's crucial to focus on the correct handling of reloadable pyrotechnics, also known as artillery shells like our 5" Kamehameha Wave Super Saiyan Shells. These types of fireworks offer a spectacular display but require careful handling to ensure safety and optimal performance. Getting into the preparation of using these consumer shells, you would first unwrap the extra fuse coiled or wrapped around the shell, this fuse is also attached to these shells at an anchor point at the top of the shell. Do not remove the fuse or cap from the shell this will also indicate what side is facing upwards in the tube. Once fully extending the extra fuse you will put the shell cap side up down into the mortar. There is an indicator on most consumer fireworks shells showing an arrow pointing to which side to face up in the mortar. Make sure you read your fireworks safety instructions on each firework, to make sure you're using additional instructions on how to shoot that specific firework correctly. An example is, using 4 large rocks, bricks, or cement blocks to hold your consumer fireworks cakes like our 200G 16 Shot Nishiki Willow With Crackle Pistil so they don't fall over, or jump around while being shot. This can also be said for reloadable fireworks as well, using something that holds down the base of the tube, while also using a flat surface. This can be done easily by, hot gluing the bottom of a tube's base to a piece of sheet wood for stability while still using rocks or bricks to lay around the base. If no hot glue is available, you can also, screw 4 screws through the tube base corners onto a flat piece of wood as well. Fireworks can be exciting, and them tipping over can ruin your fun. Make sure you're stabilizing your fireworks, so you can have a booming time.

Having covered the vital aspects of safely using fireworks, let's now dive into the visual spectacle they provide. Fireworks are not just about following safety protocols; they also offer a variety of effects and styles that transform any celebration into a mesmerizing display. Moving from the basics of proper handling, we come to appreciate the artistry behind these pyrotechnic wonders. Different types of fireworks create different patterns and sounds, which can be selected based on the desired ambiance of the event. However, the colors we see exploding in the sky are a result of various chemical compounds used in fireworks being Copper, titanium, Potassium, etc. Each element burns with a distinctive color, adding to the complexity and beauty of the display. We can see this in the 500g cake Ghost Shells this cake's effect is a 3-color change effect fading across the exploded shell in the sky. While other cakes like our 200G cake Honk..Er..Er, this cake has 8 shots that have a 3 chambered whistling/howling effect that has no added color except for a bright sparking rocket effect, with a loud audible howl 3 times for each of the 8 shots.
As we wrap up this post, it's clear that the world of fireworks is as vast as it is vibrant. We've explored everything from the essentials of safety and correct usage to the dazzling array of effects and colors that make each firework unique.
